The Rwandan government with its partners they are making all possible efforts to make mediation the preferable way to resolve disputes. Court annexed mediation is one of the ways to ensure that desire to be satisfied. Seeking justice from courts is the traditional way to resolve disputes and it has left a bond with people which is not easy to tear down.
