                    Rwandans have existed for centuries. After deciding to have a common country, they distinguished themselves from other kingdoms and became abanyarwanda. Through the expansion of the territory, different clans joined the country and also became abanyarwanda.  To have a country requires a territory, people and a name. As any other project it requires people to move it forward. Those people who got a sovereign territory establish rules that govern them in their territory. Through those rules and laws, they decide how outsiders might be integrated in their society. The time of conquering territories has ended, but conquering minds and hearts has never stopped.                                   Something I like about laws is that they are very clear on a subject which they’re stipulating. My colleagues might not fully agree with me on the previous statement because laws are updated or changed frequently. But one thing we can agree about is that our laws give us rights and responsibilities among them is freedom of speech and its limits.  It was not in our culture as Rwandans to challenge our leaders. In our traditional belief, we believe that a leader is chosen by God and selected by God himself. This was supported by customs of how a king in particular was born with a seed, to specify that he was chosen by God himself.                                                    The army in Rwanda is one of the life changing institutions for many Rwandans from different backgrounds. It’s not a place where someone goes after losing hope, it’s a place where different professionals meet to contribute to the development of Rwanda. The Rwanda Defence Forces has Schools and Academies. RDF Command and Staff College, Rwanda Military Academy Gako, Combat Training Center Gabiro and Rwanda Peace Academy.
